Yoga Nidra is for anyone interested in relaxation, revitalisation and meditation.  You do not have to be a seasoned yogi to be able to attend this workshop, like wise you do not have to be a beginner either, all you need is to be able to lie in corpse pose with cushions and blankets.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient tantric method where the mind and body is in deep relaxation, don’t worry you will be guided throughout the session.  Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously.

You would not believe that one hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be the equivalent of four to five hours sleep.

The practice of Yoga Nidra can release all types of muscular, emotional and mental tension.  You get to explore the tremendous powers hidden in the deeper layers of the subconscious mind.

Please remember to bring your mat, blanket and pillow oh and come in your pj’s if you like.
