Dedicate a whole day to yourself to nourish and nurture, join us for our online yoga day retreat in the luxury of your own home.

We have created a yoga day to inspire and start afresh. Expect kundalini yoga, meditation, yoga practice & rest, healthy recipes and an ingredient shopping list.

At this point in the year we are at half day half night and we are emerging out of winter into spring. This is a time new beginning, a time for calling us to transition into the new season and is a time to invigorate. It is the beginning of the days lengthening, and us welcoming back some warmer days.

We are called to spring clean our homes and bodies as we release the sluggishness of the winter months.

We will look at some of the key herbs that are used in Ayurveda and take a look at the Ayurvedic approach to Spring. Ayurveda, originating in India over 5,000 years ago, is the science of life. It is widely believed that the group was led by Patanjali, the visionary who led the team to find sources to cure the disease that were to epidemic proportion to the third world countries. This was of a holistic nature, which is the foundation culture of preventative medicine today within the western world; it has taken 5,000 years to realise that prevention is better than cure!

Kirsten Huesch, Lifestyle Nutrition Coach & Chef, has prepared us a nutritious, tasty menu for our lunch. You will be guided and inspired to create a delicious lunch that you can enjoy during the extended lunch break. A shopping list is provided so that you can pre-arrange the ingredients and make this a simple process to support your day. The shopping list and lunch recipes will arrive in your inbox giving you time to prepare in advance. Find out more about Kirsten at eatnourishgo.co.uk.

Our online retreat gives plenty of time for breaks and rest. We would recommend that you dedicate the whole day to yourself, making time to rest and replenish yourself. You may wish to take a walk in your lunch break to get some fresh air and sunlight (let us trust the sun will be shining).
